This course builds on the skills and techniques taught in level 1. You will learn 14 new muscle tests with their associated meridians and additional correction techniques that are crucial when dealing with back pain and general postural improvement. You will also learn how to strengthen the core muscles and to assess the legs and neck for further corrections. The Five Elements theory and Midday/Midnight law from acupuncture will be applied through a process for muscle and meridian flow corrections. Three simple yet extremely effective self-balancing techniques will be taught, along with other effective pain management skills and short cuts to work smarter to achieve instant results. Golgi Tendon and Spindle Cell techniques are also covered in this level. Both achieve amazing results when dealing with muscle strains and injuries. Through food testing you will be able to identify food intolerances and sensitivities that are creating mental stress, inflammation and pain.
